Cozy Morning Coffee Cake

Good Morning!  My delicious Coffee Cake has a moist crumb and is topped with vanilla crumbles.  The crumbles are flavored with cinnamon, vanilla powder and brown sugar.  The cake is filled with a delicious chocolate streusel.  A Canadian maple syrup glaze is drizzled across the top. 

Perfect served at room temperature, or warmed.
